Due to the nature of the product no returns will be accepted.
Neauties reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value in gift sets if the product or an ingredient becomes unavailable. Neauties reserves the right to refuse returns for unreasonable quantity of items.
For orders that are damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us by email with instructions for returning. You will not be charged shipping in this case.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Neauties, you must contact customer support by e-mail or by phone. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
All items offered are shipped within 3 business days. If an item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances you will be notified by e-mail and at this time you will have the opportunity to cancel if so desired. If you prefer to select a faster shipping time, check the rates on the table at check out.
During times of high demand such as holidays please allow 7-10 business days for shipment of your order.
